Data Required

The staff at EQUALFEET will require personal information such as name and address to fulfil your order. We will also require basic lifestyle and medical information to make an appropriate custom orthotic.

Data Use

The data collected by us is required to produce accurate and effective orthotics. We also use this information to develop the customer experience.

We do not share data with anyone external of our company. Except with shipping carriers to complete your order and our payment providers to process your payment.

EQUALFEET GDPR & Data Storage

Your data is recorded digitally, your paper health questionnaire is stored in a locked cabinet.

Our system has restricted access for staff to various parts of the records and all are appropriate to the roles of the individual within the business.

We store your records for 8 years. The reason for this is that court proceedings can be implemented for up to 7 years after an event. This is a requirement for data containing medical information.

You have the right to request the destruction of your data held by us at any time without reason.
