From selecting your orthotics to receiving them in the post, our process is easy and takes less than 10 days
ORDERING
STEP ONE
Select your preferred orthotics and any optional extras such as squishy or antibac top covers. You can even order a second or third pair with a HUGE discount.
MEASURING
STEP TWO
We will send you an impression kit to capture the shape of your feet. We will also ask you to complete a medical questionnaire.
TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
STEP THREE
Our expert technicians & clinical biomechanics experts will review your file & make sure the orthotics you have ordered are the perfect ones for you!
MANUFACTURING
STEP FOUR
We scan your foot with our 3D laser podoscan then produce your bespoke orthotics on our computer guided CNC milling machine from one solid block.
EQUAL FEET
STEP FIVE
Receive your orthotics in the post, pop them in your shoes & take some (optional) posture photos with our augmented reality app.. Our team wants to be sure that they equalise more than just your feet...
If our clinical team have any further recommendations you will be sent advice by email. We can even recommend a local clinic if you need some treatment.
